A lack of explanation of what your service does.
A lack of examples of your product in action.
An over balance of features versus benefits.
“How will my product benefit someone who uses it?”
That’s it. That’s what you should be striving to answer.
Most decisions are made to avoid loss.
If we have to choose something we don’t understand, there’s a high potential for loss.
But if there’s a clear benefit, the cash register will ring.
