Stress kills. You don’t have to know biochemistry to know, too much stress leads to poor health.
Stress is what causes snappiness.
Stress is hard for individuals and groups.
Stress breaks down relationships.
It’s not all bad. Some stress is good.
Exercise is temporary stress on the body which leads to a treasure trail of improved health parameters.
Studying is temporary stress on the mind which leads to knowing more, which leads to being more curious about the floating rock we inhabit.
But let too much of accumulate and stress starts to become harmful.
If you’ve spent time with a person who’s always stressed, you know they’re like standing next to a barrel of toxic waste. Draining.
Luckily, it’s not terminal. There’s a cure. A cure available to all.
